• Booking: Once a booking has been made, the student must pay the 50% of the total Workshop fee, not reimbursable, via PayPal. Full payment is due on the first day of the workshop.

• Cancellation Policy: The payment of the retainer by the student will constitute an agreement to the terms and conditions as laid out here. By paying the retainer, the student agrees to pay, in any case, the total amount of the Workshop fee, should it decides to cancel his booking.

• In the event Mario being unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances, another course leader will be provided.

• Flight booking, hotel accommodation, restaurant, waterbus in Venice, transfer from and to airport and any other expenses is the client's responsibility.

• It is client's responsibility to have appropriate insurance that must cover the loss, expenses, damages including but not limited to the personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage and personal money, belongings and flight cancellations and delays.

• All information and advice given by me on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment etc is given in good faith.
