    "Portraits & Wedding Photography Workshop"

  • to be held on the Lido of Venice in Malamocco [gentle, picturesque place with its canals, narrow streets, large and small square] & Alberoni Beach [beautiful seaside resort located at the southern shore of the Lido not far from Malamocco]

  • The program during the three-day Workshop...

  • Basic of Shadows and Light, Composition & Technical Techniques - aka figuring out how to use your camera (ISO, DOF, flash, etc), and how using Natural Light Effectively

  • Some of your Favorite images (File Preferred) for a session of constructive criticism

  • Learn Mario's techniques during two sessions of photo shoots: morning in Malamocco and late afternoon on Alberoni Beach and see what he sees…

  • Flatter Posing for Different Figures and Formal Portrait Poses

  • Serious analysis and discussion of the shoots taken, and tips on creating a valuable Wedding Portfolio

  • Model Provided

  • For who?... and what to bring...

  • Photo Skills: Intermediate, Advanced

  • You don't have to be a wedding photographer to benefit from this Workshop! Participants will be able to capture the decisive moment while expanding their photographic skills!

  • DSRL or Rangefinder Camera(s) [no point-and-shoot camera]

  • Laptop Computer with Photoshop, and maybe your iPad...

  • Comfortable walking shoes as we will walk a lot... an open mind to fill will loads of news and inspiration!

  • And finally...

  • Workshop Fee: 600 Euro for three days of teaching (up to two Photographers) [is a good idea to split the cost with a photographer friend]
